"Driver was prompt and excellent. Very smooth ride to airport"

"Driver was waiting for us at the airport, Very friendly and safe driver"

"The ride was great and driver was on time and very friendly."

"Absolutely excellent service. He picked us up at Reykjavik Domestic Airport and took us to Keflavík International Airport smoothly and stress-free. He was extremely punctual, very friendly, and kindly helped us with our luggage. The car was spotless and very comfortable. I would happily recommend him to anyone and would definitely use his service again."

"We had a transfer to and from the Blue Lagoon which was a great and easy way to get there. The driver was great very punctual and car was very clean. He was very knowledgeable about the Island which was good and fascinated by the volcanic activity. Would highly recommend."

"Excellent private transfer yesterday! Our driver, Armando (Ahmed) was waiting for us at arrivals and was very professional. The car was spotless, and we really enjoyed the good conversation on the way to our apartment. Armando made our arrival easy and stress-free, highly recommend!"

"Achmed was a very nice man and a good driver. He was polite and on time. Even a little early which was super nice."

"Hossam was our driver and he was great! He reached out earlier to confirm pickup details and arrived early enough to make sure he was there for pickup when our flight landed way ahead of schedule. Also treated us to some coffee and was just so hospitable for one of our first interactions in Iceland. Would definitely recommend if you want a private transfer from airport to city."

"Despite a seriously delayed arrival into Reykjavik airport, our driver was there waiting for us. Great communication and a swift transfer direct to the door of our hotel in Reykjavik. Great service, would definitely recommend."

"We ended up booking this transfer both ways and it was by far the cheapest we could find. Both drivers were great. The first one waited 3 hours at the airport for us until 2:00am since our flight was delayed due to weather. There’s not really any communication leading up to the transfer other than an emailed/app booking confirmation which did make me nervous given we had a timeline to maintain but they were both on time. The vehicles were nice and large enough to accommodate our luggage comfortably. I would definitely recommend them!"

"Matousem is a blessing. He was punctual, welcoming, helpful and courteous. He made us feel at home in his vehicle. We had WiFi, music and even sweets. He was actually the one who drove us to Reykjavik from KEF when we arrived. When our transport was cancelled due to bad weather on our flight home, I just learned from his company that he himself called them and asked that he drive us to the airport. Matousem, thank you from all 3 of us, for going above and beyond your call of duty. You’re the best!"

"Great trip, the driver communicated well and was on time. He gave us very interesting information about the area on our way to our destination. He was very personable."

"Smooth, reliable, and stress-free roundtrip transfer."

"The driver was great and the car is clean and comfortable. Thank you!"

"Great experience, punctual, nice van!"

"Great service, will take again next time."

"Safe and punctual."

"Easy ride to Reykjavik — clean and polite driver."

"Driver was lovely. My plane arrived early and he was already there waiting for me. Quick and easy."

"Armando arrived at our hotel a little earlier than we had requested, but that worked out very well for us. He contacted us by phone to let us know he had arrived and then helped us load our luggage. He even offered to stop for us to get coffee enroute. He has a very nice vehicle that was spotless."

"Our driver Hossam arrived early and made extra efforts for us on our way to airport (had to circle back for a forgotten item). We made excellent time and he was very friendly and polite. We would happily arrange another ride with him."

"Our driver arrived approximately 15 minutes early, called us and let us know, but did not tell us to rush in. He waited patiently for us to gather up our things. With a smile, he took our luggage, put it into the vehicle."

"Abo was kind, courteous and a great first person to meet in Iceland. He was communicative & on time. Glad I paid for a private transfer, as I arrived during a sleet/wind storm — so trying to figure out the bus + dragging my bags to a hotel I wasn’t familiar with yet would have been a pain."

"Great communication, on time, very polite, and great conversation during the journey. Recommend to consider."

"After an overnight flight, having a private transfer option directly to our hotel was fantastic! Having someone waiting for us at the airport upon our arrival and who could take us right to our hotel door was exactly what we had hoped for. A smooth experience from start to finish!"

"I got a call 30 minutes before pickup that my driver was downstairs but there’s no need to hurry. He was driving a luxurious Jaguar. The ride was very comfortable and he was very friendly and helpful about telling us about Reykjavík."
